Delivery of Garden Buildings
We supply sheds and garden buildings across the
UK.
Prices for the sheds include installation within a 30 mile
radius of WA16 0QW, further afield can be quoted. We offer a UK
wide delivery service for our sheds that stretches as far
North as Glasgow and as far Southwest as Taunton and excludes
Swansea.
We offer a nationwide delivery and installation service for
larger projects such as log cabins, homeoffices and the larger summerhouses.
Delivery of our log cabins is achieved mostly within 21 working
days of the order being placed (and usually a lot quicker)
Log Cabin
delivery is included in the advertised cost to most
addresses in UK Mainland. Delivery to Republic of Ireland, Isle of
Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles may be
arranged subject to additional delivery charges. Extra charges will
apply if delivery of cabin is required by crane. All orders
will be acknowledged by Square Houses. Once the log cabin or goods
arrive in UK we will contact you and discuss your delivery
requirements.

Log Cabin Delivery Requirements
OUR STANDARD WAY OF DELIVERY IS BY HAND OFF-LOAD. WE REQUIRE A
MINIMUM OF TWO ABLE-BODIED PEOPLE TO ASSIST WITH OFF-LOADING.
ACCESS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A NORMAL TRUCK ALLOWING A WIDTH OF 3
METRES AND A LENGTH OF 11 METRES. CRANE/HI-AB OFF-LOAD IS AVAILABLE
AT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. DELIVERY IS WITHIN NORMAL WORKING HOURS.
OTHER DELIVERY TIMES SHOULD BE AGREED ADDITIONALLY. THE CUSTOMER
PAYS ANY EXTRA DELIVERY COSTS INCURRED BY REQUESTING EITHER WEEKEND
DELIVERY OR OUT OF HOURS DELIVERY (THESE PRICES CAN BE QUOTED UPON
REQUEST).
Delivery times:
We do all the best to get your product delivered as soon as
possible, but delivery term depends on goods availability in stock.
Once your order is placed we will contact you and confirm the
exact delivery time.
Delivery address:
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that
delivery is made around the delivery time advertised, you will
acknowledge that actual delivery is often via third party suppliers
and carriers and can therefore be delayed by conditions beyond our
control. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays
in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you
have included the full address details, including accurate postcode
of the delivery address and your daytime contact telephone number
and e-mail address so we can notify you in the event of a delivery
problem.
When the delivery arrives:
Delivery will be deemed as successfully made once the product
has arrived at the address specified. Products may be
left at the delivery address without the recipient's permission
except where third party suppliers require signed confirmation or
the recipient has expressly requested products not be delivered in
their absence. Log cabins or other products will be deemed your
responsibility once you, your agent or the intended recipient has
received them. Any loss or damage to the log cabin parts / products
shall then be at your own risk.
In case of delivery to certain locations such as hospitals,
airports, hotels, ships and other business premises, the signature
of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the
organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery. Should
delivery be refused at the delivery address, and re-requested for
another date, we may charge for the second delivery, since we met
our delivery obligations with the initial delivery attempt. It is
the recipients' responsibility to sign for the correct number of
packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note.
Shortages must be noted on the consignment note where possible. You
should notify us of the shortages within 10 days of delivery. If
packing looks damaged on delivery we recommend the contents are
inspected before accepting and signing the delivery note. Please
bear in mind that not all building parts will fit through a
standard doorway or go round corners.
Please compare the dimensions of parts and make sure your site
access is adequate. We can provide package dimensions if required
upon request.
Please sign on the delivery documents when checking all goods.
